TSUKIJI KITCHEN is a seafood kitchen and community coffee space created by true fish professionals, rooted in the culture and knowledge of Japan’s fish markets.
We are not a traditional sushi restaurant.
And we are not just a café.
Our goal is simple: to make great seafood more approachable, more everyday, and more enjoyable — while also sharing the stories, skills, and knowledge behind it.
At TSUKIJI KITCHEN, we focus on honest, simple preparation that lets the quality of the ingredients speak for themselves. But we don’t stop at “delicious.”
We want to share why it tastes good — where it comes from, how it’s handled, and what makes it special.
This is a place to eat, drink, learn, and connect.
A community table for anyone curious about seafood, food culture, and the ocean.

TSUKIJI KITCHEN は、日本の魚市場文化を背景に持つ
「魚のプロ」がつくる、シーフードキッチン&コミュニティコーヒースペースです。
私たちは、いわゆる伝統的な寿司店ではありません。
そして、ただのカフェでもありません。
美味しい水産物を、もっと日常的に、もっと気軽に召し上がりながらも、
そこに纏わる知識も提供したい。それが Tsukiji Kitchen の原点です。
シンプルな調理で素材の良さを引き出し、
「美味しい」だけでなく「なぜ美味しいのか」まで伝える。そんな食の体験を提供します。
