About the event

Special seafood bowl is included for all participants!

We’re hosting a session where seafood is explained in a simple and easy-to-understand way.

This time’s seasonal topic is “What makes good Kamaboko (Japanese fish cake) delicious?”

We’ll break down the key points of what makes Kamaboko taste good in a clear and approachable way.

Takuya Hikita is the owner and chef of TSUKIJI KITCHEN and one of Vancouver’s most trusted seafood professionals. A former auctioneer at Tokyo’s Tsukiji Market, he brings rare firsthand expertise in selecting and handling top-quality seafood.
