We’re hosting an easy-to-understand seafood session.

This time’s exciting topic is “Herring & Kazunoko, Salmon & Ikura — what makes them so delicious?”

We’ll break down the connection between herring and kazunoko, and salmon and ikura, and explain their deliciousness in a clear and approachable way.


Takuya Hikita is the owner and chef of TSUKIJI KITCHEN and one of Vancouver’s most trusted seafood professionals. A former auctioneer at Tokyo’s Tsukiji Market, he brings rare firsthand expertise in selecting and handling top-quality seafood.
